My Granny

I use to go to her house during vacations when I was young. After my sixth she has been staying with us.. There was a time where me and my granny where like saas and bahu. We use to fight for each & everything. Later she use to cry & I use to ask her sorry.

After few years there was a dramatic change, am very close to her now. I was so lazy to study in 10^th std, that she use to wake me up, make tea & even after that I use to sleep while studying. She use to make sure to be awake with me while am studying.

Once it so happened that when I had come home from Bangalore, my granny was in Mumbai. I was missing her so much that in my dreams I had seen her & early morning when I was dreaming I was actually calling her & shouting in dreams. I don’t like when my granny is not near me. I don’t do anything without asking her. I have lots of soft corner for her and I can never see her work much.

This relationship is so special, she is more than my mom to me. Always there to guide me & I admire the way she works, she has also got very good name in the whole family. I have learnt a lot of things from her.

Granny

You hold a special place in my heart,

She is so sweet & her presence is grace.

I adore her,

My granny is my role model.

Life wouldn’t be the same without her,

You mean so much to me and am lucky to be your granddaughter,
